A route looks wrong
Send the share link. It reopens the course, boat, model, and departure window needed to reproduce the request.
A certificate is missing
Include the sail number and issuing authority. A recently issued ORC certificate may not yet be in the available data; pasting a polar table remains an alternative.
A forecast model is misbehaving
Name the model and forecast cycle so the source data and decode can be checked.
Plans and access
Paid plans are not on sale. Describe the access problem and include the account email if it is relevant.
